except for emission data, is entitled to confidential treatment under General Statute 143-215.3C.
This information will be maintained in a locked file in the Division's Files. If access to this
information is requested by another party, you will be advised of this request and will also be
notified of any appeal of this preliminary determination to the Environmental Management
Commission. The non -confidential information in the application will be placed in the facility
file, which is available for review through the Freedom of Information Act. The specific pages
which will be handled as confidential are as follows:
A. Applicable B9 application forms; and
B. Associated calculations.
In summary, this application submittal did contain all the required elements as indicated and
has been accepted for processing. Your application will be considered complete as of October 11,
2007, unless informed otherwise by this office within 45 days.
