If access to this information is requested by another party, you will be advised of this request and will also be notified of any appeal of this preliminary determination to the Environmental Management Commission. The non -confidential information in the application will be placed in the facility file, which is available for review through the Freedom of Information Act. The specific pages which will be handled as confidential are as follows: A. Applicable B9 application forms; and B. Associated calculations.
