Dear Ms. Wrigley:
Per a telephone conversation between Mike Johnson, DuPont Environmental Manager, and
Tien Nguyen of this office, it was determined that your facility did not submit a semiannual report in
accordance with 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart FFFF, "Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing"
that was due to this office by 30 July 2009. We acknowledge that the wording in the regulation and
the permit could be misconstrued. If you have not already done so, please submit the subject report
no later than 6 November 2009.
Additionally, you are reminded that this is a deviation of your air permit, and must be
included on the 2009 Annual Compliance Certification, due to this office by 1 March 2010.
