To whom it may concern:
I am writing to request a public hearing in Wilmington on the Chemours Corporation's request
for a reissued permit to dump waste in the Cape Fear River.
To date we have not yet had a definitive answer concerning the potential environmental and
health hazards posed by the indiscriminate dumping of Gen X into the river, and the community
must have an opportunity to ask questions and voice its concerns before such a permit is granted.
