Dear Mr. Vozzo:
This letter is to notify you that the rental boiler which the DuPont Company — Fayetteville
Works began operating during March 2008 was removed from the site on February 24, 2009.
Emissions from this rental boiler were reported in the semiannual reports to DAQ per the
referenced Title V permit. The required photocopy of this letter is included.
