FYI — Dianne wanted to get something to Jay Z. and Susan M. before Dr. Detlef Knappe of NC State University talked with
the press on the 27'". Chad Fiarn from Fayetteville gets the sense that: Detlef is going to point at Greensboro, Asheboro
and Reidsville WWTPs as the main sources of the 1, 4 dioxane in the Cape Fear. While he may turn out to be correct, we
believe the data is too limited and varied to make such a conclusion.
