Hey Mark- Mike Johnson (DuPont) called me yesterday about their situation, with part of process being sold to Japan
firm. I indicated no change to permit needed, that DuPont would still be responsible for monitoring/reporting under
terms of permit. We might need production info from Japan firm at next renewal, but sounds like there might be
additional changes before then. Bottom line- nothing required for NPDESwastewater permit.
I also asked about stormwater, but Mike said all site stormwater is routed to WWTP, so no need for Japan firm to apply
for their own stormwater permit.
