Below is a tentative rollout plan for the press release tomorrow on GenX testing results.
The routine 8:30 a.m. internal conference call will be followed by a 9:30 a.m. conference call with an expanded list of
local stakeholders (broader than typical 9:30 calls), including local health directors, public utilities and other local
officials. During the 9:30 call, we will share a document with embargoed information and accompanying talking points
with all stakeholders invited to participate in the call. This will give them direction as they field questions throughout the
day. That document is in DRAFT form and attached. Any and all input is welcome.

o Finalize rollout plan
9:30-11 a.m.
• Stakeholder conference call — DEQ, DHHS and an expanded list of stakeholders that includes local health

o Embargoed information and accompanying talking points (DRAFT document attached for input) will be
sent to stakeholders invited to participate in conference call
11 a.m.
• DEQ will send embargoed press release to stakeholders
