• Facility has a Hazardous Waste Management Permit (Issued 9/28/12, modified 7/1/15, expires
9/28/2022)
• Latest groundwater data received from the facility is 2015 with one onsite monitoring well
showing a PFOA level above the 2006 IMAC of 2.0 ug/I
• Additional groundwater samples collected the first week of August and will be analyzed for Gen
X.
• Private well sampling around the facility occurred in 2005 with results of non detect for PFOA
except in one well which had a level of .011 ug/l.
