PM, PM10, and PM2.5 changes due to specific product mix changes from previous year. S02 increase due to increased production throughput of the polymer processing aids Metal HAPs decreased due to increased use of natural gas and decreased use of #2 fuel oil in boilers. Most other HAP/TAP emissions changes are due to varying product production rates throughout the plant VOC calculations appear valid, with extensive engineering calculations for support. Process emission factors appear valid. 08/30/2017 Page 6 of 6 DEQ-CFW 00073913
