Is what Chemours calls in this letter 2 PFESA compounds (CASRN 66796-30-3 and CASRN 749836--20--2) the same as what
DEQ is calling 2 Nafion byproducts? I think that's what: you said in your email to me on Sept:. 1.1. at: 3:28 pm.
When did the Chemours NPDES permit expire?
Flow long can they keep operating on an expired permit:'
How long before DEQ has to issue a new permit?
Finally, would you please provide a copy of the public records request filed by Chemours on Aug. 15 for DEQ records;'
