Sandy and | have been working onthe CBI request and vvenoticed that the letter from Linda isdirected tothe EPA. Alot
of the information Sandy and I are requesting would not have been sent to the EPA for chemical registration or
manufacturing.

We might want to send 2 separate requests to EPA and Chemours. If so, I attached a letter for EPA with edits from Sandy
VVemight also want tosend afull request to[hemours.|attached aletter for [hemours,which addresses all ofthe
items we need. This document would just need a few tweaks to address it to Chemours and get a little input from
management inDVVK4onMonday.
