The testing is for GenX and the nine other compounds identified in Dr. Knappe's report. • DHHS received about two years of Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR) data from the Cape Fear Public Utility. DHHS is requesting the data in electronic format and will plan to share with CDC. DEQ also received the data and is familiar with it. w DEQ will ask Chemours for internal sampling data to help with CDC assessment and share with DHHS in electronic format. w DEQ sent a letter to Chemours requesting Confidential Business Information (CBI) — specifically all data it has submitted to the EPA.
