I have few other questions about this chemours letter. They say that: DuPont told DEC, in 2002 that: the Fayetteville works manufactured many fluorocarbon compounds and that: DEQ did not: ask for testing or an end to discharges for the next 15 years. I'll check our time line, but I think the 2002 date is new. Any response? They say the presence of the two Nafion byproducts were revealed to DEC, and EPA in a paper in 2015, and that "there is no basis for DEQ`s assertions that it was never informed and was rnisled." Response:' They say they've acted in good faith but "been stymied by DEC, at every turn" and that the process DEC, used to call for an end to discharge is so out of whack that it amounts to a violation of due process under the 141-' Arnendment. Response? They say it would have been impossible to comply with the three day end to discharge of all PFESAs and that they asked for a 7 day extension, but were refused. Is that accurate?
