I will drop the flash drive with the above mentioned documents tomorrow. Just so you know, Kuraray and
DuPont are tenants at the Chemours facility. They are permitted under the Chemours permit. So they do not
have separate NPDES permits or files.

You can drop it by Room 545 of the Legislative Office Building (Legislative Analysis Division) at any time just leave it for
me with one of our receptionists. I also sent Andy Miller the email below this morning. If the additional permit files are
in the works, you can bring them all over together.

facilities that are co -located at the site with the Chemours facility.
