Everyone was busy last year and we neglected to follow up and issue any moratorium letters. | know | disappointed Mark; hewas hoping we'd send one toBladenboro. The good news isthat their numbers look better this year. Asyou know, the rule only applies to public utilities, mostly municipalities, but can include subdivisions, etc. too. The only one | see onthe FRO list that may merit amoratorium letter isFairmont. |fthe region ishas information that would demonstrate the Town has met the terms of the rule, and is adequately planning for future wastewater needs, please let me know so we don't prepare a letter placing them on moratorium. While they don't merit action this year, we may want to keep an eye on those approaching 80%. I've attached two lists, looking at percentage of design flows from 2013 and 2014. The 2O14list bactionable this year. The ZO13list may behelpful just tulook atany short term trends. The report has its flaws; | can help you with its details ifyou wish, but most ofwhat vveneed tosee isonthe first page. M DEQ-CFW 00050865
