Ali Marcia,
My apologies if the comments I noted on the spreadsheets were confusing. I was trying to provide as much helpful
information as possible— sometimes less is more,
1. The information on tabs ::WW M lists major facilities that have not had an
inspection in the 2 year period ending 9/30/2015. Unless a facility on this sheet is also listed on the Attachment
A tab, then the facility will need an inspection during FY1.5 to ,meet our inspection commitment. Of the 70
facilities listed, 58 qualify for EPA's reduced inspection frequency (this FY only). This means that these 55
facilities do not have to be inspected this fiscal Year if they have been inspected in the 3 years ending,
9/30/2.015. You should compare the 22. MPC majors to the 3:1. listed on Attach A and see which of the 2.2 qualify
for the reduced inspection frequency (if any).
2. The facilities listed on E lists the major facilities that qualify for the reduced
inspection frequency (this FY only) and do not have to be inspected this fiscal year if they have been inspected in
the 3 years ending 9/30/2015. This tab is not saying these facilities must be inspected in FY15.
If this is still not clear or you have additional questions, give me a call.

Subject: FW: FY15 Facility Inspections Needed (NPDES WW)
Importance:
Vanessa,
I was reviewing the attachment entitled "Inspections needed FY3.5" and had a question. It: notes on the "WW Majors
Inspect Needed FY15" tab that Mooresville has 22 facilities that qualify for reduced inspection frequency. This tab notes
that the facilities are listed in Attachment A, which is another tab in the file. When I open the attachment A tab it lists
3:1. facilities for the Mooresville region.
So my question is do we have 22 or 31 facilities eligible for reduced inspection frequency?
Thanks,
Marcia

WW Majors and Minors
Attached is an excel spreadsheet containing lists of NPDES WW major and minor facilities that will require an inspection
this federal fiscal year in order to meet our FY15 Inspection Plan Commitment. These lists reveal:
1. Major and minor facilities that have not received a comprehensive inspection (CEI, CSI, PAI, DI, CBI and XSI) in
the last two (10/1/2013 — 9/30/2015) and five (10/1/2010 — 9/30/2015) year periods; and
2. Additional facilities that will need to be inspected in order to meet the Inspection Commitment Number.
WW Generals
Another aspect of our FY15 Inspection Plan Commitment is the requirement to inspect at least 250 WW General
permitted facilities. As a result, the attached excel document also contains a list of WW General facilities that have not
received an inspection in the 5-year period 10/1/2010 — 9/30/2015. The list is sorted to show the facilities with the
oldest inspections first.
Also attached for your convenience is a copy of our FY15 Inspection Plan Commitment.
If you have any questions, please give me a call.
