See attachments. The word document is a summary of the data that I plan to discuss tomorrow. Please note, all I was
trying to do was to identify year over year trends and some potential RO inconsistencies. It is not meant as an
indictment on any one region or changes that have occurred overall incur programs over the past few years. Rather,
nay goal was to use the data as a diagnostic tool to help us ask and answer the right questions. I decided to leave the
data in tabular format even though I know it is a little harder to digest at first. I will walk us through the tables
tomorrow.
I also included the raw data on a separate attachment for you data hounds (you're welcome Danny), who might want to
see the individual RO data or the raw data. You can ignore it if you want.
