SUBJECT: NPDES Inspections, Collections & Pretreatment 2013-2014
Attached is the following assignments for inspections that are required to be completed
by September 30, 2014.
Please follow the following procedures:
• All inspection reports should be mailed to the permittee within 30 calendar days
and should be placed in my box for review.
• For these inspections add me as the reviewer or secondary inspector in the BIMS
report. Mark (NPDES), Hughie (Collections), Dale (Pretreatment) will continue
tracking these inspections and submit updates to me monthly.
• We have the Lumber River Basin NPDES facilities that will be renewing their
NPDES permits for the year 2014. My suggestion would be to wait later in the
year to complete the inspections for the facilities that are in that Basin or if you
receive the application from me for the renewal then you can move forward with
the completion of the inspection.
