voice mail message. She was told by CDM (Bill Dowbiggin) that PFOA is spoken of
within a condition of a NPDES permit (for the Cumberland County Smithfield
plant, I think???) and that you have "lots of samples" and associated PFOA
results. I'm assuming that the only sample data you have is for upstream and
downstream of the Dupont facility; am I correct?
