Our placement on the "EPA Watch List" was brought to my attention by the DuPont Corporation in Delaware,
and other groups may also be looking at this information, so this is not a trivial matter for this site.
Since the EPA information is obviously incorrect, is there a means for NCDENR to have EPA correct these
errors by removing the incorrect non -compliances?
I appreciate any assistance or suggestions you can provide.
