Below is the mailing list request I sent to the local munis with jurisdiction in the
proposed Cape Fear River WS-IV reclassification area. As per our conversation this
am, please provide your input regarding this request, too, by noon on this Weds. Of
course I'll send an announcement to you and your staff, too.

We are assembling a list of folks to receive an announcement for the public hearing
for the proposed WS-IV reclassification of the Cape Fear River in Bladen and
Cumberland Counties. The staff of your county, including you, will certainly get
announcements, as will several other parties (Dupont Fayetteville Works, Smithfield
Packing Company, consultants, LCFWSA, lawyers, etc.). Are there other
organizations/folks, such as any large landowners or farm/animal operations or any
existing or potential wastewater dischargers or developers, that you think would be
interested in receiving the announcement? Please respond by this Weds (7/16) at noon
if at all possible, with the names and postal mailing/emailing addresses of any
parties you think would like to get the announcement. Thanks!
