RE: Proposed WS-IV Reclassification of Cape Fear River
Dear Mr. Melvin:
At the public hearing last month on the proposed WS-IV reclassification of the Cape Fear River, you
requested to receive a map of the proposed watershed area, a map different from the one presented at
that hearing. Attached is such a map. I am sending this map to you via regular postal mail because I
already e-mailed you as well as Ms. Fogle this map, and those a -mails got "bounced back" to me. I
hope you find the attached map useful and please don't hesitate to contact me should you have further
needs regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Elieth Kountis
