Subject: DEH letter for Cape Fear River reclassification
EPA has contacted me, and wants to know what is the data referenced in the DEH letter regarding the Cape Fear River
reclassification. To jog your memory, DEH wrote a letter not objecting to the Cape Fear River reclassification, and even
thought Jessica Miles signed it, I thought perhaps you might be able to help me fill EPA's request. A copy of the DEH
letter is attached. If you could, sometime this week, send me the data that is referenced in that letter, I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks!
