DECysprogress as reflected in PK4OS is indicated in green in the table below. In addition, the R4NPDES Mailbox (yellow) shows 2 re -issued permits and 1draft permit that has been public noticed/sent toEPA. Please let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate any problems meeting NC's commitment of 6 by 9/30/2017. If you do anticipate problems, we can work with EPA HQ to request substitutions.
