You completed two permitting actions for the subject facility in 2014 (one name change and one ownership
change). We are required to complete a physical and electronic data pull for this facility. We need the following from
you:
1. Any physical files you may have maintained for the work you completed for applications 0900009.14C and
15A; and
2. A listing of pathways to the locations of any electronic files you may have on your H, C, T drives related to
those same two applications.
We are trying to retrieve this information today. I understand this is your telework day. If you could reply giving us a
sense of if you have any of this information today that would be preferential. That way when you come in tomorrow
morning you can get this information to Jill Lucas as soon as possible.
