This letter is to notify you that the DuPont Company - Fayetteville Works will conduct a short
manufacturing test to produce a new trial product using the equipment in the APFO
Manufacturing Facility (ID No. AS -A).
The test will produce less than 15,000 kilograms of a new fluorocarbon product. The test is
scheduled to start December 29, 2008 and will be completed prior to February 28, 2009.
Air emissions from this testing will be determined and reported as part of the APFO
Manufacturing Facility emissions in the 2008 and 2009 air emissions inventories.
