The U.S. `eOffice for the Eastern District ofNorth Carolina issued a subpoenato the N.[. Department of
Environmental Quality on July 28�Thc requests [� sd/u1hv�uc�2�RO tougrand Jury in Wilmington
records and including permits, environmental compliance information, reports, emaib.research and notes,
related tothe Chemours Company'sFayetteville Works facility. GonXand other fluorinated chemicals.
