The Hazardous Waste Section (HWS) has reviewed our "Guidelines For Documentation of
Substantial Compliance and Financial Qualifications" and a few revisions have been made. In
general certain information is still required for all parent or subsidiary corporations of the
DuPont Fayetteville facility. Please find enclosed the revised guidelines and example tables
which DuPont will need to use in meeting the compliance history and financial qualification
requirements of North Carolina General Statute 130A-295.
One original and six (6) copies of an addendum to complete Section N of the renewal application
must be submitted by March 25, 2011. Failure to submit these addenda on or before the
compliance date can result in enforcement actions or a decision to deny the permit.
