We received your partial response to the First NOD on February 25, 2011 with your request for
an extension to address the remaining NOD items in a separate submittal. Two (2) paper copies
of an addendum addressing these deficiencies must be submitted by April 15, 2011. Failure to
submit these addenda on or before the compliance date can result in enforcement actions or a
decision to deny the permit.
The Hazardous Waste Section (HWS) also requests that DuPont submit one electronic version of
the full application on CD with the NOD response. Once the application is declared complete,
DuPont will need to submit six (6) electronic copies of the frill application. If you have any
