The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCI)E(2) has reviewed the
"Groundwater Sampling Work .Plan "(Plan), dated July 17, 2017, prepared by Parsons for the facility
located at 22828 NC Highway 87 West, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Based upon the technical
revicy,�v of the Plan NCI.)EQ has determined that: the docurnent is acceptable under the following
conditions and cornmenm
1., The report: should include a table with a history of previous sampling events an.d
their results for comparison purposes with the current sampling event.
2. The Plan should be signed by a designated individual identified by your Consultant,
