The North Carolina Hazardous Waste Section (HW S) has completed a review of the
Technical Men.�orandum titled "Supplemewtal Sampling Work Plan." The, HWS has determined
that the Technical Memorandum adequately discusses the scope of the supplernental FFC
gqoundwateir sampling program.
Based. on our telephone conversation of August. 4, Che ors plans to implement the
supplemental PFC groundwater sampling program in mid -September. C hemo rs should notify
the HWS if signifi.eant deviations.from this schedule are anticipated or encountered.
