90-day limit for storage of hazardous waste by a generator without a permit in accordance with
40 CFR 262.34(b). The reason for the request is due to a problem associated with the empty
ISO tank container.
Based upon your request a 30-day extension is hereby granted for the storage of the water
reactive waste. This is the maximum time allowed under 40 CFR 262.34(b).
