The monthly report for April 2006 is non -compliant. It is non -compliant because of high
BOD due to excess algae and lagoon seasonal turnover. We also had a toxicity failure
due to implementation of dechlorination. We are currently trying to balance our
chlorination/dechlorination to rectify this problem.
