Is this accurate? And if so, what is the purpose of the visit (is it part of the permitting process or is there a separate goal)? 2) Following up on my request from Sunday, what would be the best way to access discharge monitoring reports for the Fayetteville Works? If it's a file review, I'd be willing to head to Fayetteville and do that. If a records request is easier, please consider my prior correspondence as such, but please let me know. 3) I'm working on a story about H.B. 374. Has DEQ taken any stance on the environmental permitting provisions written into that legislation? I know you guys are swamped right now between GenX and the end of budget season, so thank you for taking the time, Adam This message may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
