That being said, zuhn Wolfe —whom z' ve cc' d here and who has been in contact with chenmurs already' among other scientists and experts in their field, in regard to Genx—is writing the piece. He asked for a press pass to get into the meeting this week' which z had to explain is not allowed since a ~local pool reporter" will be assigned to report back to us. z' d like to express my disdain to whomever made this decision: media should be allowed to report on stories first hand' not from a second-hand reporter of whom chemours and/or mxC approves. considering this issue is a major one for over 200'000 people who have been affected' choosing to be opaque rather than transparent is automatically garnering distrust on *hat' s going to be discussed at that table. That' s what you' re doing by closing out media. It' s a disservice to the people who deserve having local journalists they trust' from each respected nutlet, reporting back to them on what they hear' see' observe' understand, and comprehend with their own eyes and ears —and to show accountability where needed. z hope you will reconsider continuing the gross incompetence already on a high level of display here. An "invitation -only" meeting that covers how and why toxins were released into our water stream is as pressing of an issue as any and absolutely deserves full disclosure on how we arrived here and *hat will be dune to rectify it from this point forward. Thank you for listening. Shea carver editor encore magazine OEQ-CFVV_00078169
