Subject: Re: Response would like your thoughts on closing appropriately to demonstrate committed leadership, solutions
orientation and capturing all facts surrounding our actions.
Remove reference to sewer in first sentence, say "representative from my agency have been in contact with" in second
sentence and remove "from the very beginning" in the second paragraph.
Second paragraph I might say: I and members of my senior team stand ready to join the local community and other
representatives
in a meeting next week in Wilmington.
Suggested ending: VVetake this public health concern seriously and are committed toworking with all interested
stakeholders toaddress kswiftly and thoroughly.
|f|can beoffurther assistance, please don't hesitate tocontact meat or9l9'XXX-XXXX.
