In February 2006, the DuPont Company - Fayetteville Works conducted sampling of the
Cape Fear River basin for the compound ammonium perfluorooeta-noate (APFO
Attached are the results of that river basin sampling.
Please note that the highest concentration, 0.141 µg/L (0.141 parts per billion) in the Cape
Fear River at Erwin, was 33 miles north of, and upstream from, the DuPont Fayetteville Works
facility.
