The attached Table I shows the on -site groundwater monitoring results for the compound
frerfiuorooctanoic acid ("PFOA") from the sampling event in March 2011.
The shallow well (SMW-05) located north of and adjacent to the PPA Manufacturing Facility and
the temporary piezometer (INSITU #2R SHALLOW) located north-northeast of the PPA
Manufacturing Facility and near the facility's northern boundary, were both found to be dry and could
not be sampled.
