As requested, attached is a spreadsheet showing NPDES permits (n=458) with ILJ/D monitoring requirements. In
summary there are 356 permits, excluding permits submitting DMRs electronically, that would need UI/D monitoring
entered by the data entry staff. Of these, 278 have 3 or less parameters per permit (upstream and/or downstream) that
would need entering.
