At any point after renewal or modification, NPDES can evaluate the effluent data, add a 1,4
dioxane limit to the pennit, if reasonable potential is shown to violate the instreain standard,
and work with the Permittee to develop reduction measures (compliance schedule) to meet thi
new lirni'tation.
