DEQ-CFW-00054785 At any point after renewal or modification, NPDES can evaluate the effluent data, add a 1,4 dioxane limit to the permit, if reasonable potential is shown to violate the instream standard, and work with the Permittee to develop reduction measures (compliance schedule) to meet the new limitation.
