Here is everything I have —
1) Fiscal Note evaluation on all NPDFS permit impacts (6-8-20:1.:1. just merges industrial section into the main body
of the report). Currently, municipalities (> and <, 1 MGD) being updated along with Pretreatmennt assessment.
2) Mike's list of active permits as of 7-1-2011. Said CSBM will not want a list older than 6 months. Mostly Mike's
numbers more carefully breakdown the 100,E domestic; and industrial permlt:tees into the grouping CSBM will
want see attached file.

4) Spreadsheet with all Pretreatment PCTW's by basin, size, IWO, etc and explanation of correlation between the
overall pool of pretreatment POTWs and the evaluation pool of 33 — dome but need to label items
5) Detailed write-up on NPDES and Pretreatment Municipal impacts and methods used to make the evaluates and
all the uncertainties involved in the determinations.
