Paving Materials, which isdoing a blasting project in Gastonia. He asked specifically about complaints related to
high decibel noise and or shock waves above an allowable level. I confirmed with the Mooresville Regional Office
that this is outside of the scope ofAir Quality. | advise Lemon, also noting there were no complaints or violations
