The only items I need to keep you updated on would include the Chemours groundwater sampling (we should hear from
them today) and our proposal to move an initial CCR rule set on to the EMC in November or January. The CCR rule set
would include solid waste landfill regs and possibly DEMLR rule changes. I have also included the hot topics sheet that I
went over with the Secretary when we met earlier in the week.
