Please find attached a draft letter to EPA asking for an expedited risk
assessment, development of a water quality standard, and requirements to
address all waste streams as part of the TSCA process. Mark and I spoke earlier
today and we believe a letter to the CDC would also be a good action. He will be
providing a draft letter to the CDC shortly.
