Hello Everyone,
Please see aDraft of the "COP FFY2017 On Site Compliance Inspection Target and Progress Report" as of October 7th,
I016attached.
Please remember the following when setting your COP each year.
1. All Facilities that are Operating on 10/1 with an Active Air Permit can be in the COP.
2. Operating TV and SM Facilities on 10/1 with an Active Air Permit can be omitted from the COP for I year for a
staffing shortage.
3. Operating Small Facilities on 10/1 with an Active Air Permit can be omitted from the COP for 1 year Regional
Office Discretion.
Please review your Regional Office Tabs in the Excel spreadsheet as soon as possible. | am drafting the Letter to be sent
to the EPA about COP FFY2017 now and hope to send it out by the end of the week.
