Here is the information you requested on the Division of Air Quality's enforcerent actions over the past five years,
(2009-13). I've attached a Word file that explains the various binds of enforcement: actions as well as recent: legislation
that resulted in changes to DENR's enforcement policies. This also includes a summary of DAQ enforcement actions over
the period. The attached Excel files have detailed information about DAQ`s enforcement actions for 2009-13➢ with
separate files for NOD/NOVs, penalty assessments, and SOCs.

As you may know, under DENR's records review policy, agencies can charge for the retrieval of records involving 30
rninutes or more of staff time. We will not charge for this particular request but may have to charge for additional data
requests.
