Attached is our draft FY15 Inspection Plan Commitment per Task I.b. of our FY14 §106 Workplan. |nthis draft, the state
is requesting a reduced inspection goal for specific major facilities (n=167). These majors appear tomeet EPA's
requirement for less frequent inspections. EP/Ys Inspection Targeting Model was used to determine whether or not our
major facilities qualify for the reduced inspection goal. |naddition tothe draft Inspection Plan, alist ofthe majors
qualifying for the reduced inspection goal has been included along with the results from the Inspection Targeting Model.
