The Division of Water Resources (DWR) continues its. review of the existing Interim Maximum Allowable
Concentrations (IMACS). DWR is reviewing the IMACs in accordance with Rule 15A NCAC 02L.0202 and the..
SOP for.Reviewing GrOUndwater Standards that was mutually developed by OUr respective agencies. DWR
requests secondary review of -these proposed groundwater standards by DHHS and DWM in accordance with
the SOP.
Attached ple,ase find supporting documentation including more detailed correspondence from MS, Linda
Culpepper, newly formatted groundwater standards docurnentation and an EXCEL spreadsheet summarizing
the proposed North Carolina groundwater standards for the fourth set Of COMPOUnds. Please advise if there
