ATUwould like tothank all regional office staff for your continued cooperation inour effort tomonitor toxicity inNorth Carolina's waterways. We would especially like to thank you for your efforts in helping us meet our goal of testing all major permitted facilities within al0'yearperiod. Only one facility had not been tested byATUwithin the 1O'yeartime frame at the end of the second quarter. As of May, 2013, testing for this facility has been completed and we have now met our goal of testing all major permitted facilities in North Carolina within 10 years. ATU would also like to thank all of the regional office staff that have communicated with us over the past year offering suggestions, comments and seeking clarification regarding toxicity procedures. As always, we continue to review our methods and would welcome any suggestions that you may have that would improve this process.
